How long we keep it

Data may be shared, only where necessary, with the booking platforms used by the customer, with public authorities where there is a legal obligation, with the competent authorities and with partner companies or suppliers acting as data processors under a confidentiality agreement.
Rumbo Verdadero does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Information security
We adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, destruction or improper disclosure.
Our staff access the data only when necessary to carry out their duties.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability.

Minors
Bookings for minors must be made by their parents, guardians or legal representatives.
During activities, minors must comply with the participation conditions set by Rumbo Verdadero and remain under the supervision of a responsible adult where necessary.
Photographs and video
To promote our services, photographs or audiovisual recordings may be taken during certain activities.
If you do not wish to appear in such material, tell our staff before the activity begins and we will take reasonable measures to respect your decision wherever technically possible and where it does not affect the normal running of the activity.
Third-party booking platforms
Where a booking is made through a third-party platform, that platform may process personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
Rumbo Verdadero will process only the data needed to correctly manage the booked activity.
